Registration

Registration is free and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Valid for juicers purchased and used in the United States for normal household use.

Non-functioning components under normal use

Auger and filter

The auger and filter are wear parts with a limited service life. During the first 12 months, we'll replace a broken or worn auger or filter for free, up to the number of replacements shown above. After that, replacements can be purchased from us by email.

What's not covered

Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Exposure to liquids or extreme temperatures outside normal use
Normal wear and tear, except for the auger and filter replacements described above

Important notes

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by us. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
